A recent hike I did in the Worimi reserve, the largest Mobile coastal sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere, just happens to be a ten minute drive from where I live.
This wasn’t the planed flight, the sky controller which allows long range flight wouldn’t connect so I had to use my phone to control the drone, giving me limited distance, I’ve now fixed the problem, and will get back there for another flight over the main range of dunes.
But the footage is still pretty cool, so I’m sharing it.
At the end the drone lost contact, and the return to home feature kicked in, it wouldn’t reconnect as usual, and that’s why I crashed.
