From the vantage point on the top deck of a parking garage in Abington PA, I am recording solar observations to compute the azimuth from my location to the top of the spire on Liberty One in Philadelphia using the Larry Scott method. Zenith angles will also be observed to compute the remote elevation by intersecting several azimuths like this one from locations surrounding the city, east, west and south. This is north of the city.
