Great Nor'Easter is the world's best Vekoma suspended looping coaster. Originally opening in 1995, this coaster was originally red and rough. Now, the coaster is white and smooth. Morey's Piers and Vekoma completely retracked this inverted coaster during the 2016/2017 offseason. And this SLC also operates with the Vekoma vest restraints that eliminate headbanging. This makes the intense layout jam-packed with near-misses an enjoyable experience.
