Our great horned owls seems to be getting a little cozier with each other these days, though Mr Owl often looks alarmed when Mrs stalks across the nest for a kiss. She’s a fearsome bird, so it’s hard to blame him.
This video shows the owls duetting and inspecting the nest. We hope very much that they’ll stay with us this year and raise some chicks.
