Wow, I must say I was impressed when I placed a couple of orders from Ulta. Earning Rakuten dollars, and 10X Ulta points, I realized a 70% savings on products (for the most part) that were not on sale. I keep a running list of gifts I want to purchase, and products I want to replenish, (or try) so when a good deal pops up, I take advantage of it.
