Against my better judgement (&Teddys persuasive argument that my internet friends, subscriber, etc deserve to know)

At the beginning of October, I had trouble falling asleep, which has happened occasionally so I didnt think anything of it until it happened again. The next night. My mind wouldnt stop racing during the night and I hoped that my body would eventually crash, even if I was at work. This went on for sixteen days. No sleep. I wanted to sleep, but every time I tried: my mind raced. For those that have seen my previous vents from this year (this year needs to hurry up and be over already): it shouldnt come as a surprise that all the stress Im under finally took its toll on me. I tried ZzQuil, which is supposed to help me sleep but after I had taken the two week dose: I still felt like I hadnt actually slept. I finally made a doctors appointment -ended up having two more sleepless nights- at the end of the month. It was honestly the most emotional appointment. I literally broke down in front of my doctor. She said that my breakdown is from sleep deprivation, which was being caused by all the pressure I put on myself. All the problems I shoulder. Whether I can make enough to pay my bills on-time. Whether I can pull thru until my little brother and fiance can get everything squared away so they can join the military. I was essentially giving myself an anxiety attack every night, which ever realizing it.
She got me on melatonin to help me sleep and anti-anxiety meds &it working. I still dont feel 100%, but Im in a better place than I was last month.
Im sorry Ciel, Midna, Kris, Kaity, and Shori for hiding this from you because I know every single one of you would have done whatever you could to help me. Ive watched the videos that all of you have made for me in the past to motivate myself out of bed, thru the car ride to work, on my break. Re-reading the fics youve written for me, Kris.")
