Here's my Gratitude Junk Journal Workshop flip through. I really enjoyed the 30 day workshop put on by Tiare Smith. Everyday got me thinking of how I could be grateful and show my gratitude. Some prompts were harder for me than others, but everyday was creating art from the heart! If you are interested in taking this course, check out the link down below.

Every teacher-taught lesson had a walk through video guiding you. While I didn't always follow along exactly with the videos, I used the techniques they taught and added my own 'Erin Flair'.

Gratitude isn't just for Thanksgiving and the holiday months, it's for every month and every day of the year. When was the last time you sat down and thought of about everything you were thankful for?
