Vintage on Tap | Gratefulness as a Sewing Blogger | Vintage on Tap @VintageonTap | Uploaded November 2018 | Updated October 2024, 49 minutes ago.
This vlog discusses why I'm grateful as a sewing blogger, especially coming from a place of depression in 2017. I explain what I was experiencing and the journey I took towards being a more grateful, grounded person.
Techniques that helped me through my depression:
✨Meditation with the Headspace App: headspace.com
✨Developing a strong morning routine using the Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod: amzn.to/2DmzgGi
✨Daily journaling. My favorite journal is a gridded plain notebook from Muji: muji.us/store/recycled-paper-note-dark-gray-a6-grid.html
✨Writing a list of five things I was grateful for daily
✨Pulling a tarot card every day to write about for perspective. My favorite deck for this was the Marshmallow Marseille: wanderingoracle.com/shop/marshmallow-marseille-tarot

‼️⚠️‼️ If you or someone you know is going through depression, please seek help from family, friends, and medical or spiritual professionals. What worked for me may not work for everyone! ‼️⚠️‼️
