Impossibly thin and a decent polish too.
Many mistakes that cost time so the process with experience will shorten significantly. The main issue was the very thin copper sheets of 0.4mm and 0.6mm I used to make the tubes.
The next ones will be better, more complex and completed in a shorter time frame.
It's the exact process to make a vase but only deeper. The added depth won't directly translate over compared to this one as the drilling to depth is relatively fast. It was the grinding to a smooth surface that took a lot of time here. Plus a noob working solo a lot of time was wasted.
They can only get better and done in a significantly shorter time frame.
In a work shop environment with stages something like this would be coming off the line every few hours. That's 1000's per year for just a small workshop. With experience even faster than that.
