Granite Hill Lodge and Campground - RV camping in the Adirondacks – completely ALONE at this hidden gem!
A Solo RV stay at Granite Hill Lodge & Campground in Fort Ann, NY (near Lake George) located at 89 Clay Hill Road, where we had the entire place to ourselves – no one in sight, not even at the office!
Join us for an eerie yet peaceful off-season adventure at Granite Hill Lodge and Campground, a quiet, re-invented Adirondack campground on 130 private acres. We pulled in expecting a relaxing stay... but ended up with total solitude on a crisp fall day. Explore the empty sites, full hookups (water/electric/septic), a hiking trail to a stunning overlook, and that surreal "ghost town" campground vibe when nobody else is around.
Is Granite Hill Lodge and Campground abandoned? Closed for the season? Or just perfectly peaceful in the shoulder season?
