My best understanding of what this video is: my grandfather, Fred Hills Searls, was a sales executive at the toy company Ohio Art (of Etch-A-Sketch fame). At some point in the 1960s he visited Disneyland as part of a sales trip meeting with Disney. This little reel of his team's day at the park was put together by somebody at Disney's sales staff as a keepsake.
