hdr issue with the video so it's currently reuploading had to re record the whole thing

i am a little conflicted on this game sure it's beautiful to see but the mods themselves that ported vice city is more interesting to me, the gameplay feels dated, it's like uncanny valley it's crazy close to the original game but in some ways thats a bad thing.

i realized half way through the video that i remembered old cheats from my childhood as well as the trick i came up with that used the tank cannon as a thruster now that was nostalgia
