Hit the Courier: Steal the plates from the courier and lose the heat

This is actually a difficult mission as The Counterfeit Syndicate pack serious heat. Molotov Cocktails is the best way to go but accuracy is key. Sniping them also useful but trigger needs to be quick. Drive-by would certainly lead to your car blowing up

The best course of action would be to pluck off as many Syndicate as you can then follow the courier via car chase. DO NOT BLOW UP THE COURIER'S CAR! The driver NEEDS to be out. Then kill the driver to pick up the plates
