Rockstar has just officially revealed the release date for gta 6 through a statement so we finally got to know when the next gta game is releasing. Now because of the acquisition of activision by microsoft they had to prove the uk goverment that they aren't creating a monopoly in the gaming industry by showing what their competitors are up to. Surprisingly one source who is the bloomberg reporter named jason schreier who recently also leaked the red dead redemption remake and gta 4 remaster which have been shelved works their and continuously provides us with more intel about future rockstar games projects. Previously take two and rockstar games have confirmed on twitter and similarly in their earningscall that there are no internal delays or inconveniences because of this entire situation with them likely aiming for a holiday season spot for the upcoming grand theft auto 2023 or 2024 game on pc, ps5 and xbox series x/s.
