Grand Theft Auto Sindacco Chronicles is a fanmade total conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories, made by the Group called "Barcode Studia".

It's their 2nd Project. You can play it on your Jailbroken PSP, PS Vita (trough Adrenaline) or on your Android/iOS Device, or on a Windows/Linux based PC, using the PPSSPP Emulator.

i play on PPSSPP and these are my settings:

--everything Marked with (!) is necessary to play without issues
Graphics:
Backend: Direct3D 11 (Vulkan should work too) (!)
Mode: Buffered rendering (!) (this is very important to avoid soundbugs. Use it in combination with "Unbuffered Rendering HackFix" mentioned below¹.

Frame skipping: 8 (!) (necessary to fix very annoying soundloop bugs)
Frame skipping type: Number of Frames
Auto frameskip: [✔]

Rendering resolution:
1x psp = 480 x 272
2x psp = 960 x 544
3x psp = 1440 x 816
4x psp = 1920 x 1088
5x psp = 2400 x 1360
(I use 8xPSP, lower this if you have FPS issues or slowdowns)

System:
Memory Stick inserted [✔] (otherwise you can't save your progress)
Fast memory (!?)[✔] (according to Luiz this is important, dunno)
Ignore bad memory accesses (!?)[✔] (same here)
Enable cheats (!)[✔](you really need cheats, not to cheat but to improve the game)

¹Cheats(!)(!)(!): Cheats are essential to fix a buffer overflow bug, that will lead to very nasty sound issues, also they provide the fastest way to get native dual analog support.
First, you need to get the cheat.db for GTA Liberty City Stories, since Sindacco Chronicles is based on LCS. Start GTA Sindacco Chronicles on PPSSPP, then open up PPSSPP's menu (Escape)
Head over to "Cheats" and click on "Edit cheat file" Notepad shows up. Paste the following database into notepad and Save the document: pastebin.com/Jxh7Zbv9

Now click on "Import from cheat.db", a list with cheats will show up:
¹(!)"Unbuffered Rendering HackFix[USAvv3.00]" [✔]
"30 FPS (UMDv3.0) [Default]" [✔] (lock the Game to 30 FPS to avoid nasty soundbugs. Feel free to experiment with the 60 FPS cheat but don't forget to disable the 30 FPS Cheat first)

If you want to use Dual Analog Stick support, you can check [✔] ~*ONE*~ of the Right Analog v1.1 cheats. try them out one for one and choose which suits your taste the best.
You also can use ThirteenAG's widescreen fix to get 2 analog stick support (OPTIONAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE THE CHEAT/OR IF YOU GET THE WIDESCREEN FIX ANYWAY): thirteenag.github.io/wfp#gtalcspsp. I'm not sure if it works with Sindacco Chronicles tho.
But you want to enable Dual Analog in the .ini file for sure!

If your right stick doesn't work no matter if you use the cheat or the plugin, make sure to bind the sticks input in PPSSPP settings itself!

Also optional: Change the Refresh rate inside the "Cheats" tab to 30 Frames (Refresh rate)
