This was streamed LIVE on Twitch over a series of 2-3 days with all of the individual streams spliced together to make one singular upload. The PC Port of GTA IV was notoriously bad with it's frame rate issues and broken effects. This mod tries to rectify some of the issues to make the game more playable as well as implement other fixes such as EFLC models to add some continuity with the OG game, improved weapon animations, fixed graphical bus, radio downgrader to have all the removed songs and more.
