As soon as you see the armored van, ram into it at a good speed and keep doing so until the old man driving the thing jumps out of it and flees. Make sure the pursuing cops aren’t nearby while you’re doing it. The proceeding mission is you driving Toni to a designated location. Right after you witness Toni almost getting whacked, be prepared to drive like you really mean it, because the Triads will come after you shortly after.
