As soon as you get to the ringing phone near the apartments, D-Ice, the leader of the Red Jacks, has tasked you to eviscerate several Purple Nines by drive-by. You will have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to do so. Take note that there will also be Red Jacks blending with your targets. Don’t worry about them being caught in your crossfire as you fry the Purple Nines; just be on the lookout for them, as they will attack you, too. The second mission given by D-Ice will have you drive a few remaining RC bomb cars to four armored cars driving throughout the Vale (with one of them driving through the underground tunnels). It can get pretty boring since these RC cars are pretty slow, but as long as you know what you’re doing, you can definitely get it done.
