Just going on a rampage with the cheats on. I was playing this game to capture a few seconds of footage for a different video I am making, and after trying a bunch of different combinations, I remembered how to put in all the cheats. By default, I put in Vice City cheats in a GTA game, so I had to keep testing to remember GTA3's cheat codes. Despite what people may think, this is the right way to play GTA3.
