The mission where you need to stalk Curly Bob isn’t anything too crazy as long as you stay afar from the coked up freak while staying out of trouble. Once you’re up to ice him, just run him over. He isn’t much of a threat with that shotgun as soon as you drive toward him at full speed. The mission after is just a cutscene that starts this two-part mission which will be coming up at the next video.
