Closed for almost four years and recently reopened for climbers, Mount Lindsey in Colorado's Sangre de Cristo Range has become one of my favorite 14ers. The views and early summer beauty of the Huerfano River valley are unsurpassed, and the peak itself offers fun scrambling on solid rock. Plus, it's by far the most scenic 4wd place I've ever parked!
