Since 1989, a laser light show is projected onto the spillway of the Grand Coulee Dam in Washington state. The show, narrated by the Columbia River (voiced by the late Glenn Mazen) tells the story of the river, the dam and the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project.
This video was filmed on July 4, 2006, shot near the Visitors Arrival Center, or the VAC. The video was recorded from an old camcorder to a VHS and later converted to DVD in 2010.
