Epic Voyage on the Marco Polo with Watercolour Artist Peter Woolley
In 2019, professional watercolour artist Peter Woolley was commissioned to run painting classes on the cruise ship Marco Polo during its 70-day circumnavigation of South America. In this series of six episodes, he shares highlights from the trip, along with related timelapse painting demonstrations.
In part 3, he visits Buenos Aires and enjoys live music in Montevideo before crossing to Stanley in the Falkland Islands, a memorable section of the voyage featuring stunning scenery and lots of penguins
Featuring exclusive footage from the trip and an original soundtrack, this episode also includes paintings of Congressional Plaza in Buenos Aires and Peter's technique for painting king penguins.
