With the arrival of a certain Erune fighter who'd make R. Lee Ermey proud, season two of 'Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising' is finally complete. So yeah, I didn't know that this fighting game added new control schemes (which are clearly inspired by other "simple control" schemes from other modern fighting games such as 'Street Fighter 6' and 'Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves') at some point.
Alright, let's see if this new "Super Ultimate" control scheme has what it takes to carry me through this game's arcade mode in a certain fashion.

![Street Fighter 6 - Ranked Match Replay [Ingrid vs. Ingrid] (29 May 2026)
If you ask me, Ingrids combo potential in this game is super crazy. (And here I thought she was Capcoms answer to Athena Asamiya.) So yeah, lets see how this mirror match plays out as I start on the Player 2 side.

![Tekken 8 - CPU vs CPU (Kunimitsu vs. Reina)
[For some reason, the audio in this video becomes desynced early on. I dont know if its due to an oversight on my part during the editing process or the fault of the recording software itself, but one things for certain: I should probably consider double-checking before uploading anything onto this social media platform every once in a while.]
The third season of this game may have officially started a while ago by this point, but now that Kunimitsu II (and not the original Kunimitsu) is here... Is it just me, or do I get the feeling that we learn something new about Reina every time a new character drops? (At this rate, I wouldnt be surprised if Reina becomes the new poster character for the Tekken franchise moving forward, if only for a little bit, just like how Marie Rose was the new face of the Dead or Alive franchise, at least for a while.) Also, thanks to Kunimitsus info for this game (of all things), Reinas surname being Mishima is now official (though in saying that, she uses the surname Yaotome while attending Mishima Polytechnical School, most likely as a means to hide her true identity from potential assassins and whatnot).
So yeah, its been too long since I last touched upon this game... By the way, if youre wondering Im showcasing a CPU vs. CPU match this time around, lets just say that I want to familiarize myself with Kunimitsus move set as much as possible before trying her out firsthand.

![[MODDED(!?) Tekken 7] Zafina vs. Momiji!?
Remember when Tekken vs. Dead or Alive was a big deal back in the days of the PlayStation 2 and Xbox? I mean, theres Virtua Fighter (plus a whole bunch of other 3D fighting games which failed to take off in the long run), but if you ask me, both Tekken and Dead or Alive are polar opposites in more than a few aspects.
On a side note, this game has no CPU Versus mode (wherein two CPU opponents can face off against each other) by default. However, thanks to a certain Cheat Engine mod, that CPU Versus mode can become a thing somewhat (though in saying that, the CPU players follow a set pattern of attacks every time, so depending on certain stage layouts, certain characters can and will win against certain matchups every time). Whats more, Ive added in a mod that removes any blemishes on the character during matches. (For those who dont know, both Tekken 7 and Tekken 8 dont include the option to disable any dirt, sweat and/or other blemishes on characters during matches by default.)
So yeah, in addition to Momiji from the Ninja Gaiden/Dead or Alive series replacing one of Asukas preset outfits here (plus her voice lines), Zafina here receives some new battle lines courtesy of Tekken 8.
By the way, I wont be posting direct links to the mods in question here as I might risk facing legal trouble and whatnot (though Ill say that said mods in question can be found through the TekkenMods website).

![Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves - Clone (Blue Mary [P1] vs. Nightmare Geese [SNK Clone])
In all honesty, I never was a huge fan of Blue Mary (real name Mary Rian) for the most part (even when it came to her later appearances in The King of Fighters XIV and The King of Fighters XV). However, thanks to this game in particular, she has now become one of my favorite Fatal Fury characters overall. (And yes, it helps that she shares the same English VA with Marisa from Street Fighter 6.)
So yeah, lets see if I have what it takes to overcome this nightmarish apparition of Geese Howard (whose color scheme here should be familiar to those whove seen the 1992 animated TV special Fatal Fury: Legend of the Hungry Wolf).
(Match starts at the 00:59 mark.)

![Ducati: 90th Anniversary - Time Trial Replay [Ducati 1199 Panigale S] (2014)
At the time of its release, the Ducati 1199 Panigale (named after a small manufacturing town in Italy called Borgo Panigale) was not only one of the fastest, but also one of the most powerful sports bikes around. The 1199 Panigale S was just one of several variants which formed the Ducati 1199 lineup (which was produced from 2012 to 2014).
According to RedBook (AKA the go-to website for research into vehicles sold in Australia), the Ducati 1199 Panigale S was officially available in Australia from 2012 to 2015. Whats more, this game lists the bike featured here as a 2014 model. Therefore, in light of all this, heres information about the 2014 Ducati 1199 Panigale S in Australia:

![[MODDED(!?) Tekken 7] Now were truly cooking with this one...!
I mean, if one TV star can make it into this game, then why not another (courtesy of mods, of course)? Also, remember when Negan being in Tekken 7 was such a huge deal back in the day?
On a side note, this game has no CPU Versus mode (wherein two CPU opponents can face off against each other) by default. However, thanks to a certain Cheat Engine mod, that CPU Versus mode can become a thing somewhat (though in saying that, the CPU players follow a set pattern of attacks every time, so depending on certain stage layouts, certain characters can and will win against certain matchups every time). (For those who dont know, both Tekken 7 and Tekken 8 dont include the option to disable any dirt, sweat and/or other blemishes on characters during matches by default.)
So yeah, only through mods in Tekken 7 can one witness Negan Smith from The Walking Dead (who totally bears no relation to Leroy Smith, by the way) going up against Walter White from Breaking Bad (who, in this case, replaces one of Heihachis preset outfits).
By the way, I wont be posting direct links to the mods in question here as I might risk facing legal trouble and whatnot (though Ill say that said mods in question can be found through the TekkenMods website).

![RIDE 4 - Time Trial Replay [Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R] (2008)
Ever since its debut all the way back in 2004, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R (which is still in production as of this writing) has undergone a number of significant changes over the years in order to keep up with current superbike trends (including changes in exhaust arrangements, among other things). In addition to featuring slightly larger semi-floating petal discs for its brakes plus dual-range compression damping for its suspension (among other things), this particular version of the ZX-10R not only ditched the twin under-seat exhausts of the 2006 and 2007 models in favor of a more conventional single side exhaust, but also featured a much more angular front end compared to the outgoing models. (The 2009 and 2010 versions of this Kawasaki sports bike remained the same as the 2008 model in terms of overall specs, save for a few minor changes here and there.)
According to RedBook (AKA the go-to website for research into vehicles sold in Australia), the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R was officially available in Australia from 2004 to 2014. Whats more, this game lists the bike featured here as a 2008 model. Therefore, in light of all this, heres information about the 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R in Australia:

![Gran Turismo 4 [PCSX2] - Time Trial Replay (Citroën Xantia 3.0i V6 Exclusive 00)
The Citroen Xantia Exclusive was a variant of the Citroen Xantia (which was produced from 1992 to 2001 in France, from 2001 to 2010 in Iran and from 1996 to 1997 in China) which was offered with either a 2.0 L naturally aspirated inline-4 petrol engine or a 2.9 L naturally aspirated V6 petrol engine, at least for the Australian market. Furthermore, the flagship Activa V6 model held the world speed record holder for the evasive maneuver test (also known as the moose test in some circles) for a long while before being finally dethroned by the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS with the Manthey Racing kit. (The Citroen Xantia Exclusive was officially sold in Australia from 1998 to 2001, at least according to RedBook, AKA the go-to website for research into vehicles sold in Australia.)
Since the car shown here not only has an engine displacement of 3.0 L, but is also listed in this game as a 2000 model year vehicle, heres information therefore about the 2.9 L V6 version of the 2000 Citroen Xantia Exclusive in Australia (courtesy of RedBook):
