An unfortunate hiatus due to loss of savefile.
A trainer and a kind souls savefile had been used to restore progress as close to the original savefile. It appears my original savefile has more Union hp while this new savefile has more Artes.
Note: That is why Irinia uses Two-Handed artes instead of One-handed. I didnt realized changing her Scepter to Night Bloom did not changed her current wield style.
This quest is available after the story events in Darken Forest. It will not be available if you have returned to Darken Forest and collected the Dead Heart remnant. You also need the Tablet you get from the quest The Tablet of Marshall. You will find Haruko in the pub in Elysion upstairs in the corner.")
