This is a standout addition to the Gradius series, developed by Treasure and published by Konami. There is definitely some changes to the style and gameplay (option arragements and and being able to respawn without going back to a checkpoint, and more) from the classic Gradius games, thought it still retains much of the elements of the original and is a blast to play. Recorded from actual console, no emulation.
