This training discusses the basic regulations for non-building development in the FEMA mapped floodplain. All development in the floodplain requires permits so we’ll discuss the types of requirements for grading/filling/excavation, bridges/culverts, and non-building structures like decks, stairs, pools, solar panels, etc.
