No, this isn't the 1.4 "Cold War" update, that thing is still in the works, but I thought that I might give you a teaser for what's to come.

Today we're testing the Akula Class Nuclear Submarine, which will be used by the Soviet Union in the 1962 conquest. And as any new feature that gets implemented, it can be...unstable, really unstable...

This is why the GPWM Beta Testing Team exists, so stuff like the abomination in this video doesn't get in the final release. No, you cannot join them, regardless of how much you're going to beg.
