I change out the MIG tip in the forge burner and modify the cross-peen hammer handle,

These tongs turned out hideous but slightly functional.

I plan to start welding reigns on instead of forging them out. Attempt 3 should reflect that decision. But, I do have a masochist streak... so, we will see what happens.
