Construction design plans are digitally loaded into the GPS Machine Guidance System mounted on equipment such as bulldozers and road graders. The operator views the proposed surface on the display monitor inside the cab. The machine blade is guided in 3D by GPS to inform the operator where cuts and fills are required to construct the proposed design surface on the project.
