Georgia-Pacific believes that every student should have equal opportunity and access to quality education. We aim to narrow the opportunity gap in America's communities by focusing on innovative STEM programs , technical/trade instruction, and workforce development. In addition, we believe it’s important to support teachers through national programs like Kids in Need, so they are equipped to help students learn and grow.

Hands-on learning is important which is why GP is proud to sponsor events such as “Tinker with Tuesday” at the Mississippi Children’s Museum. These activities focus on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). #WeAreMississippi #WeAreGP
