Until recently, bars and restaurants had to be licensed to allow dancing on the premises. That's no longer the case.

Gov. Kathy Hochul teamed up with "Footloose" actor and dancer Kevin Bacon to remind New Yorkers that the State Liquor Authority no longer requires a license to dance.
