In this video I go over work on a common Gottlieb System80 pinball problem - their pop bumper driver boards. There were several versions of this board, and all of them need to be modded to be more reliable and bullet-proof. Let's take a look and see how to make them work better than the originals.
In this video I take the refurbished Gottlieb pop bumper driver boards and I demonstrate how a refurbished board behaves compared to an ENHANCED, MODDED PBD board. There's clearly an improvement, and the extra cap between pins 4 and 5 makes a big difference.
