Gotham had some incredible interpretations of some of Batman 's most iconic foes ---
The Joker
Harley Quinn
The Penguin
--- but standing amongst all of them has to be Cory Michael Smith as The Riddler.
Benedict Samuel played Mad Hatter Jervis Tetch in Gotham for 3 seasons. He was by far the greatest Mad Hatter in all Batman media.... and here's why!
Poison Ivy had an interesting arc on the show Gotham.
An arc that saw three actresses play the part and none of them ever officially being called Poison Ivy.
Fitting for a show that saw Ivy Pepper join this Batman 's rogues gallery before there was even a Batman.
It made for a very interesting reimagining of the villain.
While still keeping her love of plants and a friendship with the someday Catwoman --- this Ivy was otherwise completely changed and then set back to factory settings.
Having her start off as one of the least accurate adaptations in comic series history but morphing her into one of the most accurate adaptations of an antagonist.
Gotham saw a lot of Batman's rogues from comics make their way on screen and there wasn't a bad performance between them.

Gotham had them all but at the top of Batman's rogues gallery sat the greatest Ra's Al Ghul performance fans have ever gotten.
