Bunny talks about getting rid of moss on Breedon Gravel (a bound gravel that works well for wheel chairs, high heels and bikes). In the recent years with deluges of rain moss has become more of a problem, unless of course, you like a mossy path. On small sized, loose, gravel areas, plants self seed in and Bunny thins out the more invasive plants such as Helleborus x sternii, Euphorbia myrsinites and encourages the slower spreading Nerines, Erodiums, Stipa.
On the larger gravel on drives Bunny keeps an eye out for useful plants that self seed in and then replants them in her hording boarders to plant out in the garden once they obtain a reasonable size. Hollies and evergreen oak are regular colonisers.
