See a GoPro Hero 3 be mixed into the inside of a pancake. You will also see what you need to do this yourself. Maybe a little crazy but also very fun.
I use a Gopro hd hero 3 silver edition in the pancake, a Sony A55 to record the video and a Zoom H2n to record the audio.

For the first time I managed to climb all the way to the top of a level 6B problem in the tunnel at Klättercentret at Telefonplan in Stockholm. Fun but tough.
