This is my first real attempt at color grading gopro footage in premiere pro, so sorry it its not perfect. i can't believe the quality that this little camera can produce. recording in flat look WAY better than recording in the other 2 profiles, there is a ton more detail in shadows and just everywhere, but it obviously looks flat so that is where color grading comes in.

here are the settings.
Resolution & Frame rate - 5.3k 60fps
lens - linear
hypersmooth - standard
bitrate - high
shutter - auto
EV comp - -0.5
white balance - auto
ISO min - 100
ISO max - 1600
sharpness - low
color - flat
raw audio - off
wind - off
