House leader Mike Johnson announced on Tuesday that the GOP will bring a constitutional amendment to the House on Wednesday. The amendment would aim to codify the number of justices that can serve on the Supreme Court and fix the court to be nine members to avoid either side of the aisle from "packing" the court.
