Stimulus facts from Moody's Economy are gems, a real factzilla for progressives seeking to knock down the oft-claimed and false GOP talking-point and principle that tax cuts are always beneficial. Clear evidence disproves the canard. Conservative Republicans live to claim that tax cuts for elites and big corporations are always good and absolutely the best action to promote economic stimulus. Not true according to Moodys Economy stimulus data showing the economic benefit of various economic stimulus items. Surprisingly food stamps have the biggest economic ripple effect per dollar spent; infrastructure projects are almost as beneficial, but the GOP canard that tax cuts are good for the economy is severely questioned because corporate tax cuts actually take money out of the economy, presumably in the modern day world, to invest overseas. In part this explains why job losses under President Bush were severe for most of his tenure, and helps explain why China and other foreign economies boomed during the Bush years.
There is much less benefit from tax cuts that are saved or spent overseas. My take: the Bush years created many more jobs in China than U.S. Sadly, tax cuts are a much less efficient stimulator in today's global economy.

![McCain pals with terrorists - bombshell on film
[Satire] John McCain is caught on film palling around with terrorists even while the McCain Palin campaign attempts to turn the page against a disastrous economic crisis and close ties to the Bush administration by accusing Barack Obama of shady Ayers and ACORN associations, but now McCain has been caught on film with a toxic team of his own making. ![Is FOX News Gay ???
FOX News regularly targets gays and civil rights for gays in tandem with the likes of closeted homophobic right-wing zealots like Ted Haggard and George Rekers, reportedly the co-founder of the straight?-laced Family Research Council.
Fox News reached into their Rupert Murdoch bag of tricks to slander Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Stephen Colbert calls out FOX when mainstream fell short. Oh, the sad state of todays media, more interested in echoing Republican propaganda than shining light on their lies and deceptions. And kudos for Stephen Colbert and Comedy Central for speaking truth and connecting dots shamefully missed by American media.
