(Washington, DC - Oct. 25, 2009) Donna Brazile scored big in a heath care debate on CNN where John King, the host, and 4 other panelists were taking anti-Obama positions. Two panelists were Republican operatives (Ed Rollins was remote and did not appear in this video). To win the debate, Donna knocked down two big Republican canards that mainstream media seems to have adopted: (1) bipartisanship on healthcare was achieved when Democrats accepted 180 total amendments from Republicans and (2) none of the Republican proposals have been offered seriously enough to have been scored by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). John King, Ed Henry, and even Dana Bash seem to have accepted GOP propaganda on the subject and the one-sided panel heavily weighted against the Democrats helps prove that media is actually slanted towards the right.
