A year after the Google Home is released Google introduces the Google Home Mini, a direct competitor to the popular Amazon Echo Dot. Priced at $50, the Google Home Mini is a great threat to the market of the Echo Dot as it has a much better speaker, and is FAR better at answering questions. Although the Google Home Mini doesn't connect to as many smart home devices as the Echo Dot, its list of compatible devices is growing rapidly. I believe the Google Home Mini is better than the Echo Dot even with it's lack of compatibility with some other devices as I believe future compatibility will come.
