One for the Books | Goodreads Choice Awards DRAMA | 2023 @OnefortheBooks | Uploaded December 2023 | Updated October 2024, 14 hours ago.
This year, the Goodreads Choice Awards removed three categories from voting consideration, and added a new one. Also, there were some diversity problems. Let's discuss!

EDIT: To emphasize the point I just made in the Romantasy section about "How well does Goodreads really know which genre a book is?"...I just learned that Holly by Stephen King won the horror category this year and I've heard that's actually more of a cop drama/thriller and not a horror book at all. But because King is a well known horror author, he was wrongly categorized. This seems unfair to other authors in the horror category.
