Ladies and gentlemen, I am sad to say Colossus, as we know it, is now closed forever. Those who had the opportunity to visit the park on multiple occasions know how important Colossus was to the "skyline" of Six Flags Magic Mountain. Though it was one of the most painful rides I personally have ever ridden, it was sure a lot of fun. It is a shame that future generations would never get the chance to ride such an iconic coaster such as Colossus. Whatever replaces Colossus, I am sure it will be equally as good or maybe even better! Whatever the future holds for Colossus, it will still be missed.
