I've wanted a Golf R for as long as I can remember. Even before I had a family, there was something about the versatility of the platform - relatively practical, fast and fun, worked well in the snow, relatively unassuming, and relatively economical. While the Golf R (or GTI) is no super car - it does pack a nice little punch in a very small package. The MK7 Golf R is probably my favorite generation overall, and they are relatively more affordable, while still having most of the modern amenities that I'd like in a daily driver. This is a video just talking about my Golf R daily driver.
