Half-Life Resurgence comes with a custom corpse system designed to replicate similar behavior to how corpses worked in GoldSrc! This includes blood effects, blood decals, and of course the ability to gib the corpses! The system also accounts for different damage types, which can change how the corpse reacts to it. Corpses can also be damaged / gibbed by causing large amounts of force to it, such as hitting it with an object or smashing it to a wall! Also note that this system is new, it was created right before releasing Half-Life Resurgence on the Workshop! For this reason, things might change in the future such as how the corpse health is calculated or how it reacts to some damage types! Enjoy!
