With help from Subdrag and 00action, I was able to create a rom with a magnums only weapon set. The reason I did this was because I am thinking about having a magnums only tournament and I needed a rom that had this weapon set, so I created it. Once I do some INI work on it we should be able to launch and play it online, with a tournament coming later this summer hopefully.
By the way its just me playing (with) myself ;]

Wilmer is Player 1, even though he is lower seed, because Vena was having a save file issue as host.
