Adventure is thrust upon GoldenBoy when he is tasked with protecting a potato loving town from an evil army threatening to destroy it and all who live within. With Tate and Hilda as his only support he has to learn how to become a team player and lead his trio to victory. Can the unlikely band save the town or will they die in the attempt?

GoldenBoy the Movie has been my passion project for a little over 4 years now. I wrote this film when I had just learned how to create Minecraft animations and had no idea what I was getting myself into. After watching Arbiter617's very helpful tutorial series I felt like I could create anything and set out to make a film. For 2 years I labored on this film and had half of it animated and about one fourth rendered. But then I reached the fight scene and realized just how difficult this was going to be. In addition to this I was starting college and working two jobs. With all that going on the movie kind of got left on the back burner and only got worked on in my spare time. Then in 2020 I left one of my jobs and decided that this was going to be the year I finished GoldenBoy. Obviously that didn't happen, but I got all the visuals done and only had the sound and credits left to do in 2021. Two months later the film was finished. TADA!! It was a wonderful and stressful journey that has finally come to a close. I already look back at some of the older scenes and cringe, but I'm proud of the final result and glad I stuck with it all that time.
