Super Dragon Ball Heroes has not only introduced Xeno Goku, Cumber, and Fu, but also the awesome concept of Cooler, the older brother of Frieza, obtaining the iconic Golden form. Not only does Cooler look intimidating, but his power was not to be messed with as he effortlessly defeated a Berserk Goku. The question is, who has the most potential; Cooler or Frieza? I go over several pieces of evidence, scaling, and battles from the series to determine which of the two Frost demons truly towers above the other.
