The Gold Rush! Minimalist Run with my own commentary added to the mix. This run shows you how to get the absolute minimum amount of points in the game WITHOUT cheating early on. While it IS possible to get less points by the end of the game, I don't go for the "less points cheat" in Brooklyn. Anyone knows how to do that and if you do it enough, then it doesn't matter how many points you get in Brooklyn.
This particular one is the TRUE minimalist run. If it's requested I could do two more, one for each of the two other routes to California. Those, however, require you to get more points.
Also, please note, this is NOT a speed run. The game can be completed faster than this but speed runs are not my cup of tea.
I try to make interesting comments during the course of the game but I feel like I never say anything really worthwhile in my opinion. Still, if you want to know why I did what I did and why didn't do what I didn't do, then here you are.
For those of you (like me) that don't want to hear my commentary, I've uploaded a non-commentary run as well. It's exactly the same as this one except my voice isn't in the game.
