Earlier last week, Limited Run Games announced their distribution of the physical copies of the Gold Master Series. These interactive documentaries are the follow-up to the excellent Atari 50 Collection, featuring interviews, photographs, documents, and playable demos of Karateka, Llamasoft, and more recently, Tetris. Restricting the physical distribution to Limited Run Games for these titles (in the United States) is UNACCEPTABLE for proper game preservation efforts. So I briefly discuss why I am concerned about this.
